Drop off Locations

Once you have contacted the milk bank and completed a short phone screening you may drop off your milk.

Please put your milk containers in a plastic bag (for example: a clean grocery store bag) and tie it closed. Inside the bag please put a card with YOUR first and last name and YOUR donor number in permanent marker. If  possible, please write your name on the outside of the bag in permanent marker.

Place your frozen milk in an ice chest or cooler (ice is not necessary, even if milk is in the cooler for several hours) for transporting and drop it off at our office or depot

Fort Worth - We are located in the Child Study Center, 1300 West Lancaster Ave. Suite 108, Fort Worth, TX, 76102 (817-810-0071).  Our hours are: Monday through Thursday 9 am to 3 pm and Friday 9am to noon.  PLEASE call before you come so that someone is available to help you unload the milk and we have made room for your milk in one of our freezers. If you will pull into the covered drive on Collier Street and call our office, we will come to the curb to get your milk so you do not have to unload your baby.

Bedford - A collection depot is located in the Breastfeeding Support Center of Harris HEB hospital. The Breastfeeding Support Center is located in the lobby of the Siratt Women’s Center. Harris HEB is located at 1600 Hospital Parkway, Bedford, TX 76022 (817-685-4773), South of where HWY 183 and HWY 121 merge. The hours at this location are   Monday through Saturday 10 am to 5 pm.

Grapevine - A Depot is located in Baylor Regional Medical Center at Grapevine on the 2nd floor in the Mother-Baby Unit. Milk may be dropped of between the hours of 9 am to 5pm Monday through Friday and from 10 am to 4 pm on Saturday and Sunday. Richardson - A depot is located in the Labor and Delivery Department of Richardson Regional Medical Center. The hospital is located at 401 West Campbell Road, Richardson, Texas 75080. Enter the hospital through the main entrance by the fountain and take the elevators to the second floor and then follow the signs to L&D. Anyone at the desk can help you put your milk in the depot freezer. The phone number for L&D is 972-498-4731. This location will accept milk 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

Plano - A depot is located in the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit of Presbyterian Plano Hospital. The hospital is located at 6200 West Parker Road, Plano, Texas 75093. The main hospital phone number is 972-981-8000. It is best to Park in the covered parking area near the Emergency Room. The Neonatal ICU is located on the 3rd floor of Tower C. This location will accept milk 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

Dallas - A depot is located in the Dallas County Health and Human Services Building. The address is 2377 Stemmons Freeway. The building is located at Motor Street and Wycliff. It is a grey brick 8 story building with street level parking. The depot is on the 4th floor in the WIC office. The hours at this location are Monday through Friday 7:30 am to 4:30 pm. Dallas Baylor - A depot is located at Baylor University Medical Center (BUMC) in Dallas.  Locating BUMC can be difficult so in order to ease your way, please contact Simply Mom’s at 214-820-3103 to set up a time to drop off your milk and answer any questions you might have.  Hours for milk drop off are Monday – Saturday, 10:00am-3:00 pm. A parking hang tag is necessary therefore a Lactation Consultant will meet you in the Labor and Delivery Drop-off (refer to the map) the first time you visit BUMC.  Please contact Simply Mom’s or one of the Lactation Consultants with any questions. Denton - A depot is located in the Denton County Health Department in the WIC office. The office is located at 306 North Loop 288, Suite 183, Denton, Texas 76209. The phone number is 940-349-2930.  Hours for milk drop off are: Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday from 8 am to noon and from 1 pm to 7 pm. On Thursday 8 am – noon and 1 pm to 5 pm.

Stephenville - There is a depot located in the Outreach Health Services, WIC Office at 1189 W. South Loop (Hwy 377), Stephenville, Texas 76401. The phone number in 254-968-3640. Hours for milk drop off: Monday –Thursday, 7 am-6 pm (closed for lunch from noon -1 pm). They are also open on the third Saturday of each month from 7 am – noon. (On the Thursday following Saturday hours they close early at noon.)

Waxahachie - There is a depot located in the Outreach Health Services Office at 110 Amanda Lane, Waxahachie, Texas 75165. The phone number in 972-937-4777. Hours for milk drop off are: Monday and Wednesday 8 am to 5 pm; Tuesday and Thursday 8 am to 7 pm. On the second Saturday of each month they are open from 8 am to 5 pm.

Oklahoma City , Oklahoma - There is a depot located in The Lactation Center at OU Medical Center. The Lactation Center is in the Women’s/Newborn Pavilion area of the Children’s Hospital on the 4 th floor of the building. Hours for milk drop off are Monday – Friday, 9am to 4pm. If you would like to be met at the front of the hospital and avoid parking/walking, page Lactation at 405-559-MILK. Special arrangements can be made for drop off at other times when needed. Call 405-271-MILK to talk to one of the lactation consultants. To reach OU Medical Center from I235, go east on 10th St, cross Lincoln Blvd, turn Left on Phillips, turn Right on Stanton L Young Blvd. The hospital will be on your left.
